The short version

• This website doesn’t use cookies or tracking.
• There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party fonts or embeds. Everything is served from our own domain.
• The only form is register interest. It collects your first name, email address and phone type, and only when you choose to send it (details below).

What is processed when you visit

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. As with any website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare processes this to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks, and may keep it in short-lived security and request logs. We don’t use it to identify you or build a profile, and we don’t combine it with anything else. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: keeping the website available and secure.

If you register interest

When you register interest we store your first name, email address, which phone you use (Android, iPhone or other), the wording you agreed to and when. We use these only to email you about the Know Your Gains beta, for example when places open, and to know which version to invite you to first. Our lawful basis is your consent.

The list is stored in a database run for us by Cloudflare, Inc. in Western Europe, and only Know Your Gains can see it. We don’t sell it, share it or use it for advertising. We keep your details until the beta opens to the public, or for at most 12 months after you last registered, whichever is sooner, unless you join the beta. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@knowyourgains.app from the same address, and we’ll delete your details.

If you email us

If you email support@knowyourgains.app, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep the conversation for up to 2 years after it closes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@knowyourgains.app. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
